As Global Privacy & Compliance Manager (m/f/d) , you will safeguard the integrity of our organization at the intersection of high-emotion B2C events, global gym partners, and B2B collaborations. Your mission is to implement a robust compliance framework that legally secures our global growth and minimizes reputational risks. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Leading Global Data Privacy Initiatives: You drive key projects such as data mapping, frameworks for international data transfers, and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). Policy Management: You create and maintain global data privacy policies, considering evolving laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and the EU AI Act. Risk Management: You identify, assess, and support the remediation of global and local data privacy risks. Expert Consulting: You act as the central Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advise on complex data privacy inquiries.
