Zepto is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build the consumer grocery app and merchant portal powering 10-minute delivery for millions of customers across India's top cities.
You will own features end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment where your code ships to millions within days of writing it.
- 2–5 years full-stack development
- Next.js and React for frontend
- Node.js and Express.js backend
- PostgreSQL and Redis
- REST and GraphQL API design
- AWS deployment with EC2, S3, and CloudFront
- Good TypeScript fundamentals
- Build consumer-facing grocery app features in Next.js
- Develop merchant and operations portal APIs in Node.js
- Write comprehensive unit and E2E tests
- Optimise app for low-bandwidth Tier 2 city users
- Review code and mentor junior engineers
- Participate in on-call rotation
