Darwinbox is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build the attendance management, shift planning, and workforce optimisation features of the HCM platform for enterprise clients managing 2M+ employees.

  • 3–5 years full-stack development
  • Kotlin and Spring Boot backend
  • React.js frontend
  • PostgreSQL and Redis
  • REST API design
  • HR attendance and shift management domain knowledge preferred
  • Build attendance punch, geofencing, and shift planning features
  • Develop React UI for manager workforce dashboards
  • Write Kotlin Spring Boot APIs for attendance data
  • Integrate biometric device and mobile app attendance data
  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
