Full Stack Developer (.NET & Angular)

Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Forward) at Saisystems Health will own end‑to‑end feature delivery for the Enterprise Claims Management platform, leveraging AI assistants to accelerate coding while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and high‑volume SaaS performance.

• Own tickets end‑to‑end: design, coding, testing, and production support using AI assistants
• Build and enhance Angular screens (data grids, forms, dashboards) with NgRx, RxJS, and component‑driven patterns
• Implement ASP.NET Core Web API endpoints, service layers, and stored procedures
• Write and tune T‑SQL procedures, views, and queries; design indexes and analyze execution plans
• Maintain healthcare integrations: X12 EDI (837, 835, 277CA, 999), clearinghouse SFTP, ERA auto‑posting, payer interfaces
• Use AI coding assistants daily for code exploration, scaffolding, refactoring, unit‑test generation, SQL review, and documentation
• Identify and prototype AI use cases within the product and development workflow
• Diagnose production issues with Application Insights, logs, and Query Store; write unit tests and partner with QA for regression coverage
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and secure‑by‑default practices
• Collaborate with US product and business stakeholders, write clear design notes, PR descriptions, and status updates

• 5+ years professional full stack development with .NET and Angular
• 2+ years experience in US healthcare software (RCM, medical billing, claims, EHR or payer systems)
• Strong C# and ASP.NET Core Web API (.NET 6 or later); experience with Entity Framework Core or Dapper
• Proficiency in SQL Server / T‑SQL, including stored procedures and query optimization
• Strong Angular (12+) with TypeScript, RxJS, component‑driven design, and NgRx
• Daily use of AI development platforms (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation
• Knowledge of HIPAA X12 transactions (837, 835, 277CA, 999) and CMS claim formats
• Experience with Azure services (App Service, WebJobs, Key Vault, Application Insights, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Git, pull‑request workflow, and unit testing (xUnit, Moq, Jasmine/Karma)
• Strong communication skills for asynchronous, cross‑time‑zone collaboration with US stakeholders
