Full-Stack AI Engineer (UI/UX) Available to join in 0-15 days only

Full-Stack AI Engineer responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered features with a strong focus on UI/UX for Neev’s Gen Re Technology team. Works closely with business stakeholders, participates in Agile Scrum ceremonies, and designs, builds, tests, and deploys AI solutions while ensuring quality, compliance, and measurable business value.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI features involving UI/UX and in‑house product capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Design, develop, test, and deliver UX proof‑of‑concepts and prototypes to validate business value and technical feasibility.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
• Design and implement AI solutions in compliance with regulatory, security, privacy, and governance requirements.
• Identify, recommend, and implement performance, scalability, reliability, and cost‑optimization improvements for AI features and services.
• Improve engineering practices, development methodologies, and AI delivery processes.
• Recommend emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and approaches to enhance product capabilities and efficiency.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation (architecture designs, feature specs, deployment processes, operational procedures).
• Conduct thorough testing, validation, and evaluation of AI models and features to ensure accuracy, reliability, and production readiness.
• Build telemetry with metrics, logs, and traces to monitor AI solutions, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data, infrastructure, security) to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous growth and technical excellence of the AI team.
• Take ownership of assigned work items and be accountable for quality, maintainability, security, and delivery.

• Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering AI‑powered features, including UI/UX components, for production software products.
• Experience building and validating proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) and prototypes to test business value and technical feasibility.
• Strong requirements‑gathering and analysis skills, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an Agile Scrum methodology (sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Understanding of regulatory, security, privacy, and governance requirements applicable to AI solutions.
• Experience testing, validating, and evaluating AI models and features for accuracy, reliability, and production readiness.
• Experience building telemetry (metrics, logs, traces) and using observability tooling to monitor solutions in production.
• Ability to identify and implement performance, scalability, reliability, and cost‑optimization improvements.
• Familiarity with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and approaches, with sound judgment on their applicability.
• Strong technical documentation skills (architecture designs, feature specifications, deployment, operational procedures).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, partnering across data, infrastructure, and security teams, and a track record of mentoring.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
