PolicyBazaar is looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to build and optimize web interfaces for India's largest insurance comparison platform. You will work on user journeys that help millions of customers make informed insurance decisions.
The role involves building high-converting, accessible, and fast-loading web pages that serve users across a wide range of devices and network speeds. SEO and Core Web Vitals optimization are key priorities.
- Build Angular-based responsive web interfaces for insurance products
- Optimize page performance for Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS)
- Collaborate with UX designers on conversion-focused A/B tests
- 2-5 years of frontend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Angular (v12+) and TypeScript
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Experience with NgRx or similar state management
- Knowledge of web performance optimization and SEO best practices
- Familiarity with unit testing using Jasmine/Karma
- Develop new features and maintain existing Angular codebase
- Optimize web performance and implement Core Web Vitals improvements
- Collaborate with backend teams on API integration
- Write unit tests for Angular components and services
- Participate in design reviews and sprint ceremonies
