Meesho is hiring Fresher Data Analysts to join its growing analytics team. You will work with business teams to track key performance indicators, build reports, and surface insights that drive decisions across supply chain, growth, and seller experience teams.
This role is ideal for recent graduates with strong quantitative skills who are passionate about working with data at scale in a high-growth startup. Meesho's analytics team has been a launchpad for several senior data leaders in India's startup ecosystem.
- Build SQL queries and dashboards to track business KPIs
- Analyze seller and buyer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Support business teams with ad-hoc data analyses
- B.Tech/B.Sc/MBA graduate (2024-2026 batch) with strong quantitative aptitude
- Proficiency in SQL — must be comfortable writing complex queries
- Basic Python or R skills for data manipulation (pandas, numpy)
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for pivot tables and charts
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills
- Exposure to BI tools like Metabase or Tableau is a bonus
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze business data
- Build and maintain dashboards on Metabase or similar tools
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings to stakeholders
- Support A/B test result analysis under senior guidance
- Document data sources and analysis methodology
