Pine Labs is hiring a Fraud Risk Analyst to monitor, investigate, and prevent payment fraud across 600M+ annual transactions on POS terminals, e-commerce, and BNPL products.

2–4 years payment fraud risk analysis experience
Card fraud: CNP fraud, card skimming, and friendly fraud patterns
SQL for transaction data investigation
Fraud rules management in FICO or custom fraud detection systems
PCI-DSS and card network chargeback guidelines knowledge
Good analytical skills and attention to detail

Monitor real-time payment fraud alerts and investigate suspicious transactions
Build and tune fraud detection rules in Pine Labs fraud management system
Manage chargeback disputes with acquiring and issuing banks
Produce fraud trend analysis reports for risk leadership
Coordinate with merchant partners on fraud prevention programmes
Support card network fraud reporting requirements
