Founding Technology Partner / Lead Full-Stack Developer

yaxperience is building a technology-enabled platform for authentic local experiences while expanding its capabilities to help businesses establish and grow their digital presence through web and mobile applications. We are seeking a hands-on technology leader to take end-to-end ownership of product development, IT infrastructure, hosting, deployment, and technical delivery.

• Design, develop, and deliver responsive websites, web applications, backend APIs, databases, and mobile applications
• Manage the complete product development lifecycle from technical architecture to deployment and maintenance
• Independently set up and manage VPS/cloud servers, Linux environments, DNS, SSL certificates, and hosting configurations
• Establish Git/GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release management procedures
• Monitor live applications, troubleshoot failures, analyze logs, and ensure reliable operations
• Mentor junior developers, allocate tasks, review code, and maintain development standards

• 4–8+ years of experience in end-to-end design, development, and delivery
• Strong hands-on experience in frontend, backend, API, and database development
• Proficiency in technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Practical experience with mobile application development using React Native, Flutter, or native technologies
• Hands-on experience in server administration, VPS/cloud hosting, DevOps, and Linux
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver production-ready applications and lead a small development team
