Eka.care is hiring a Founding Engineer to build the AI-powered clinical decision support and doctor workflow automation features used by 150,000+ doctors for patient care across India.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for an engineer who wants to build healthcare AI that directly improves patient outcomes for millions of Indians.
- 4+ years full-stack engineering experience
- Python FastAPI backend and React frontend
- LLM integration for clinical NLP and CDSS features
- FHIR R4 and HL7 healthcare data standards
- PostgreSQL and Redis
- AWS deployment and DevOps practices
- Strong interest in healthcare and AI applications
- Build AI clinical decision support features for 150,000+ doctors
- Develop FHIR-compliant patient health record management
- Integrate LLMs for medical transcription and note summarisation
- Build and ship features autonomously from design to production
- Participate in defining Eka.care's technical architecture
- Work directly with the founding team and medical advisory board
