Forward Deployed Engineer - Agentic AI Systems

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in Agentic AI Systems to build advanced bank statement analysis systems and design cutting-edge Voice AI Agents. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their requirements, build prototypes, and deploy complex AI workflows using state-of-the-art frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Pipecat.

• Build bank statement analysis systems including document extraction, parsing, categorization, and anomaly detection
• Design and deploy Voice AI Agents using Pipecat with STT/TTS orchestration and telephony integration
• Develop agentic AI applications utilizing LangGraph and LangChain for multi-step workflows and state management
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and build prototypes

• Experience building AI systems covering document extraction, parsing, categorization, and anomaly detection
• Proficiency in designing and deploying Voice AI Agents using Pipecat (including STT/TTS orchestration, turn detection, VAD, and telephony/SIP integration)
• Hands-on experience developing agentic AI applications using LangGraph and LangChain (multi-step workflows, tool calling, state management, and human-in-the-loop processes)
• Strong client-facing skills to understand requirements and build prototypes
