- 8–12 years finance and accounting with CA qualification
- E-commerce or consumer internet company finance experience
- Ind AS and IFRS financial reporting expertise
- Statutory audit, GST, and tax compliance management
- Investor reporting and board presentation experience
- SAP or Oracle ERP financial modules
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual Ind AS financial reporting
- Manage statutory audit and internal audit coordination
- Oversee GST, income tax, and TDS compliance for e-commerce operations
- Produce board pack and investor reporting
- Lead finance team of 5 accountants and analysts
- Partner with CEO and CFO on financial strategy
