WNS Global Services is hiring Finance & Accounts BPO Executives for its Accounts Payable team supporting a Fortune 500 UK airline's global invoice processing and supplier payment operations.
- B.Com or MBA Finance preferred
- 0–2 years AP/AR or BPO finance experience
- SAP FI or Oracle AP knowledge preferred
- Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas
- Good written English for supplier email communication
- Shift flexibility for UK hours
- Process airline supplier invoices in SAP within daily SLA
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice disputes
- Coordinate with UK airline finance team on payment approvals
- Support month-end close reconciliation activities
- Maintain invoice processing accuracy above 98.5%
