Udaan is hiring Field Sales Executives to onboard and manage small kirana stores and retailers in Delhi NCR onto the Udaan B2B platform for FMCG grocery, staples, and daily essentials digital procurement.
- 1–3 years field sales experience in FMCG, FMCD, or B2B distribution
- Experience managing kirana and small retail store relationships
- Good Hindi and English communication
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred
- Basic smartphone and app proficiency
- Onboard 15–20 new kirana stores weekly onto Udaan platform
- Drive repeat orders from existing retailer portfolio
- Educate retailers on Udaan credit and logistics features
- Meet weekly GMV and active retailer targets
- Submit daily field visit and order reports via Udaan sales app
