Responsible for ensuring adherence to process guidelines, SOPs, and company policies while handling property & casualty insurance tasks. Must possess knowledge of US P&C insurance, preferably personal lines policy processing, and validate insurance documents. Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment and meet SLA targets.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards on all SOPs
- Meet assigned targets as per agreed SLA
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Validate insurance-related documents
