- 3–5 years backend or embedded software engineering
- OCPP 1.6 / 2.0 charging protocol implementation experience
- Python or Go backend development
- MQTT and WebSocket for charger communication
- PostgreSQL and Redis for charging session management
- AWS IoT for large-scale device management
- Build Ather Grid charging management system backend in Python or Go
- Implement OCPP 2.0 protocol for charger communication
- Develop smart charging and load balancing algorithms
- Build real-time charging session monitoring and alerting
- Integrate payment gateway for charging session billing
- Monitor Ather Grid uptime and resolve charger incidents
