The EUC Onsite Support Engineer will coordinate OEM activities, perform break/fix hardware repairs, manage IMAC for end‑user devices, support video conferencing devices, provide Smart‑Hands support for issues that cannot be resolved remotely, execute infrastructure hands‑and‑feet support in key locations, manage backup tape rotation, test drivers for PCs, laptops and desktops, patch workstations, and prioritize SLA‑based assignments.
- Experience in OEM coordination and hardware repair
- Proficiency in IMAC (install, move, add, change) for end‑user devices
- Knowledge of video conferencing device support
- Infrastructure hands‑and‑feet support experience
- Backup tape rotation and off‑site pickup (POC) skills
- Driver testing for PCs, laptops and desktops
- Workstation patching and remediation expertise
