Pine Labs is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with 15–20 large enterprise merchant accounts — from Reliance Retail and Tata to leading QSR and hospitality chains — across Maharashtra and Western India.
- 5–8 years enterprise B2B account management experience
- Retail, QSR, hospitality, or fintech merchant sales experience preferred
- Track record of managing ₹10Cr+ annual enterprise accounts
- CXO and VP-level merchant relationship management
- POS, payment gateway, or BNPL product knowledge
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Own P&L and retention for 15–20 large enterprise merchant accounts in Western India
- Drive expansion of Pine Labs POS, BNPL, and analytics solutions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with merchant CFO and CTO
- Identify upsell opportunities for new payment features and verticals
- Submit weekly pipeline and account health CRM reports
