upGrad Enterprise is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow corporate upskilling partnerships with 20–25 Fortune 500 and large Indian enterprise accounts across NCR — driving employee reskilling in AI, data science, and cloud.
- 5–8 years enterprise SaaS or EdTech account management
- Corporate L&D or HR training platform account management experience
- CXO and VP HR relationship management expertise
- Strong English and Hindi communication
- Track record of managing ₹5Cr+ annual corporate training accounts
- Own 20–25 Fortune 500 and large enterprise upGrad accounts in NCR
- Drive employee enrolment expansion and programme renewal
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with CHRO and L&D VPs
- Identify new department and business unit upskilling opportunities
- Achieve 115%+ ARR retention and growth target for account portfolio
