The Engineering Systems Support Analyst focuses on supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and related engineering applications, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and efficient operation across integrated business platforms.
- Provide application support for PLM systems and related engineering applications
- Perform data analysis and SQL reporting
- Troubleshoot system issues and maintain technical documentation
- Drive process improvements to enhance system efficiency
- Collaborate closely with design engineers, product development, IT, and business stakeholders
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and engineering applications
- Proficiency in SQL and reporting
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
