About This Role: As the Engineering Manager for our Data Platform, you will be the primary architect of the ecosystem that powers TrueML’s intelligence . We are currently in a phase of purposeful scaling, and we need your leadership to build a rock-solid, high-performing data foundation that bridges the gap between raw infrastructure and actionable insights . Your goal is to champion data integrity and technical excellence while leading a world-class team during this period of deliberate expansion . \n What You'll Do: Empower a Talented Team: Lead, manage, and mentor a group of data engineers, fostering their career development and championing a culture of technical excellence. Architect Resilient Infrastructure: Own the design and development of data pipelines and systems to ensure they are prepared for company-wide expansion. Champion Data Trust: Act as a relentless advocate for data quality by implementing the system controls and SLAs necessary for flawless production processes. Collaborate Strategically: Partner cross-functionally with Data Science and Product managers to translate complex business needs into efficient, well-documented data models. Maintain Technical Excellence: Perform high-impact code reviews and provide c
