Engineer II - Automation, Java / C#

As a Test Automation Engineer-II on the Global Buying Tools ART at TJX India, you will impact the quality of our core store Buying systems. You will be responsible for increasing automation testing coverage for our applications while following industry standards and best practices, scripting and maintaining test cases, executing QA testing, and managing defects.

• Contribute to automation efforts for all major product releases, ensuring robust coverage and efficient execution.
• Develop and implement test automation strategies, frameworks, and scripts for complex, integrated systems.
• Analyze test results, debug failures, and report defects using industry-standard tools.
• Set standards for automation, maintain a library of automated test cases, manage defects, and present results to stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence by integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.

• 2-4 years of experience as an Automation Engineer with a proven track record in test automation suites
• Proficiency in programming languages Java or C# and automation tools like Selenium
• Experience in Web application testing and API testing
• Experience with relational databases, including constructing SQL queries
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks like Cucumber JVM, TestNG, and REST Assured
• Experience with continuous integration and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Groovy
