Summary As an Engagement Director, you will lead the day-to-day execution of a diverse team composed of Training Services and/or Advisory Services employees and external partners, serving clients across France, French-speaking Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy. Key elements of this role include guiding and developing individual team members of a cluster, implementing in the cluster the processes needed to ensure a consistent quality of delivery across Europe, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with the Growth team to strengthen our client relationships, expand holistic solutions, and grow Prosci ’s presence. This role will also have Engagement Leader responsibilities to support projects and clients on the application of Prosci ’s Change Management Methodology / tools to accelerate change adoption and deliver client success. You will function as part of the Prosci Europe Delivery Management Team. The Engagement Director is an experienced Prosci training facilitator and has demonstrated a strong capability in supporting large and complex Advisory projects. This individual is a talented people manager, with a successful track record of building and managing high impact, culturally diverse, multi-lingual teams. A significant proportion of this role will be focused around cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Operations, Finance and Talent to provide a first-class delivery experience, while optimizing the allocation of the team in a way which meets business and team wellbeing needs and ensuring an optimal profitability per project.
