upGrad Enterprise is hiring B2B EdTech Sales Executives to drive corporate upskilling partnerships with IT, BFSI, and manufacturing companies across Bangalore — enabling 10,000+ employees to reskill in data science, cloud, and AI.

  • 2–4 years B2B SaaS or enterprise EdTech sales experience
  • Corporate L&D or HR training budget decision-maker engagement
  • Good understanding of digital upskilling and reskilling market
  • CRM tool proficiency: Salesforce
  • Strong English and Kannada/Hindi communication
  • Drive new corporate upskilling partnerships with IT, BFSI, and manufacturing companies in Bangalore
  • Conduct L&D and HR stakeholder discovery and programme demo meetings
  • Close annual upskilling contracts of ₹20L–₹2Cr per account
  • Build 4x quota pipeline through outreach and networking
  • Submit weekly pipeline and deal reports to VP Enterprise Sales
