upGrad Enterprise is hiring B2B EdTech Sales Executives to drive corporate upskilling partnerships with IT, BFSI, and manufacturing companies across Bangalore — enabling 10,000+ employees to reskill in data science, cloud, and AI.
- 2–4 years B2B SaaS or enterprise EdTech sales experience
- Corporate L&D or HR training budget decision-maker engagement
- Good understanding of digital upskilling and reskilling market
- CRM tool proficiency: Salesforce
- Strong English and Kannada/Hindi communication
- Drive new corporate upskilling partnerships with IT, BFSI, and manufacturing companies in Bangalore
- Conduct L&D and HR stakeholder discovery and programme demo meetings
- Close annual upskilling contracts of ₹20L–₹2Cr per account
- Build 4x quota pipeline through outreach and networking
- Submit weekly pipeline and deal reports to VP Enterprise Sales
