Cars24 is looking for a sharp Digital Marketing Analyst who can combine data analytics with marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and conversion for Cars24's marketplace. You will work at the intersection of performance marketing, product analytics, and data engineering.
The role involves analyzing campaign performance, building attribution models, and providing actionable recommendations to the marketing and product teams. Strong SQL and Google Analytics skills are essential.
- Analyze digital marketing campaign performance across Google, Meta, and programmatic channels
- Build marketing mix models and attribution analytics
- Create dashboards tracking acquisition funnel KPIs
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or growth analytics
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads
- Familiarity with marketing attribution and MMM
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for dashboarding
- Basic Python skills for data automation
- Track and analyze paid, organic, and affiliate marketing channel performance
- Build and maintain marketing analytics dashboards for leadership
- Develop attribution frameworks to allocate budget effectively
- Partner with growth and product teams on conversion optimization
- Present weekly marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations
