Bajaj Finserv is hiring Digital Lending Operations Executives to process personal loan, EMI card, and home loan applications submitted through digital channels, ensuring fast and accurate credit decisions for millions of customers.

  • Any graduate with 0–2 years banking, NBFC, or BPO experience
  • Basic understanding of loan processing and KYC documentation
  • Good data entry speed and accuracy
  • Basic MS Office and Excel
  • Hindi and English communication
  • Freshers with commerce or finance background welcome
  • Review and process digital loan applications end-to-end
  • Verify KYC, income, and credit bureau documents
  • Liaise with field verification agents for physical checks
  • Coordinate disbursement with bank and NBFC partners
  • Meet daily processing volume and TAT targets
