IndiaLends is hiring a Digital Lending Head to build and lead the strategic lender partnerships, credit policy, and commercial operations for India's largest personal loan and credit card digital marketplace.

  • 10+ years in retail lending with 4+ years in senior leadership
  • Deep expertise in personal loan, credit card, and home loan products
  • Lender partnership management with banks and NBFCs
  • P&L ownership of ₹500Cr+ annual loan disbursals
  • RBI digital lending and NBFC regulatory expertise
  • MBA from IIM/ISB or CA preferred
  • Build and manage strategic lending partnerships with 60+ banks and NBFCs
  • Own annual disbursal targets and lender commercial negotiations
  • Define credit policies for personal loan, credit card, and home loan categories
  • Drive product innovation for lending marketplace differentiation
  • Present lending business strategy to IndiaLends board and investors
  • Lead team of 5 senior lending product and business managers
