Whatfix is hiring a Digital Adoption Consultant to support enterprise SaaS sales by delivering technical product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for Fortune 500 prospects evaluating Whatfix for their digital transformation.
- 3–5 years pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise consulting
- Experience with enterprise SaaS: SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow platforms
- Good understanding of L&D and digital transformation buying personas
- Strong technical presentation and demo delivery skills
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for PoC customisation
- Deliver Whatfix DAP product demonstrations to Fortune 500 CHRO and CIO prospects
- Build enterprise PoCs demonstrating Whatfix on SAP, Salesforce, and custom apps
- Answer technical RFPs for enterprise procurement processes
- Provide DAP architecture consultations during sales cycles
- Relay enterprise feature requirements to Whatfix product team
- Support client technical onboarding post-sale
