MakeMyTrip's Platform Engineering team is hiring a DevOps Engineer to build and manage the AWS infrastructure powering India's largest travel platform — which sees massive traffic spikes during holiday season and IPL travel bookings.

3–5 years DevOps engineering experience
AWS: EKS, RDS, ElastiCache, CloudFront, and Lambda
Terraform and Helm IaC
ArgoCD GitOps deployment pipelines
Prometheus and Grafana observability
Handling traffic spikes: auto-scaling and load testing

Manage MakeMyTrip AWS EKS clusters across multiple regions
Build GitOps deployment pipelines for 100+ travel microservices
Implement auto-scaling strategies for holiday season travel spikes
Set up Prometheus alerting for booking and payment SLA monitoring
Conduct load testing before peak travel seasons
Drive AWS cost optimisation across travel platform
