DevOps Engineer (Remote - India

An enterprise-focused Voice AI company is looking for a DevOps Engineer to scale and maintain real-time, low-latency voice AI systems that power critical customer interactions for leading enterprises.

• Own CI/CD end-to-end and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Run production Kubernetes clusters and ensure high observability.

• Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end using Jenkins and ArgoCD for GitOps-based delivery into Kubernetes
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Run and scale Kubernetes in production, handling EKS/AKS, Helm-based deployments, autoscaling, and cluster upgrades
• Own observability initiatives using SigNoz and OpenTelemetry for metrics, logs, and traces
• Package and deploy into customer-controlled or air-gapped environments and optimize cloud cost and capacity

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE with hands-on production systems management
• Strong Linux fundamentals and networking knowledge (DNS, TLS, load balancing, VPCs, subnets, routing, firewall rules)
• Demonstrated depth with at least one major hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Ansible
