Postman is hiring a DevOps Engineer with deep Kubernetes expertise to manage and improve the infrastructure platform powering Postman's API platform used by 30 million developers globally. You will work on Kubernetes at scale, CI/CD automation, and developer platform tooling from our Bangalore engineering hub.
This is a high-impact role where your work directly improves the productivity and reliability experience for the entire Postman engineering organization of 400+ engineers.
- Manage multi-region Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS
- Build and maintain developer platform tooling for 400+ engineers
- Drive cost optimization and infrastructure efficiency
- 4-7 years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience
- Expert Kubernetes skills (EKS or GKE in production)
- Strong Terraform and Helm proficiency
- Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD systems
- Observability experience with Datadog or Prometheus/Grafana
- Programming skills in Go or Python for tooling
- Manage and scale Kubernetes infrastructure across multiple regions
- Build internal developer platform features (service templates, deployment tooling)
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure costs on AWS
- Drive SRE practices across engineering teams
