- 3–5 years DevOps engineering experience
- ArgoCD and GitOps workflow implementation
- Kubernetes and Helm chart authoring
- Terraform IaC on AWS
- Jenkins or GitHub Actions CI pipeline design
- Prometheus and Grafana observability stack
- Go or Python for platform tooling
- Build and maintain GitOps deployment pipelines using ArgoCD
- Manage AWS Kubernetes clusters for 200+ payment microservices
- Implement Terraform IaC for all infrastructure provisioning
- Build developer self-service deployment tooling
- Set up Prometheus alerting for payment SLA dashboards
- Drive infrastructure security hardening
