Data Engineer – Retail / CPG

Digitrix Software LLP is seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a strong background in the Retail or CPG domain to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Perform data validation, cleansing, transformation, and quality checks
• Develop and maintain data models and data warehouse solutions
• Optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and ensure reliable data delivery
• Implement best practices for data security, governance, and data quality
• Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-based data solutions

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT and data pipeline development
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with Python or another programming language used for data engineering
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with data warehouses/lakehouses and modern data engineering architectures
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality
• Mandatory: Experience working in the Retail or CPG domain
