Groww's Data Platform team is hiring a Data Engineer to build investment analytics pipelines processing billions of stock transactions, mutual fund SIP events, and portfolio valuation updates for 10M+ active investors.
- 3–5 years data engineering experience in fintech or capital markets
- Apache Spark and PySpark for investment transaction data
- Kafka for real-time stock and MF event streaming
- AWS: S3, Kinesis, Redshift, and Glue
- dbt for investment analytics data modelling
- Python and strong SQL for financial data analysis
- Build Spark batch pipelines for portfolio performance and return analytics
- Develop Kafka streaming pipelines for real-time NAV and stock price events
- Design Redshift data warehouse models for investment product analytics
- Implement data quality monitoring for investment data accuracy
- Collaborate with data scientists on investor behaviour ML feature pipelines
- Monitor pipeline SLAs for investment data freshness
