Practo's Data Platform team is hiring a Data Engineer to build healthcare analytics pipelines processing millions of doctor consultations, diagnostic reports, and patient health records.

3–5 years data engineering experience
Apache Spark and PySpark for healthcare data
Airflow for pipeline orchestration
AWS: S3, Glue, Redshift, and Athena
FHIR R4 health data standards understanding
dbt for data modelling
Strong SQL and healthcare data privacy (DISHA/HIPAA)

Build patient health record aggregation pipelines
Develop doctor performance and consultation analytics
Implement FHIR-compliant data exports for health record portability
Ensure DISHA-compliant data handling for patient privacy
Monitor pipeline SLAs and resolve data quality issues
Collaborate with data scientists on clinical AI feature datasets
