Myntra's Data Platform team is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to build and maintain data infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. You will work on pipelines that power Myntra's fashion recommendation engine, inventory analytics, and customer behaviour analytics serving 50+ million active customers.
You will design scalable data architectures, optimize BigQuery data models, and collaborate with data science and analytics teams to enable data-driven decision making at Myntra's scale.
- Build batch and streaming data pipelines on GCP using Dataflow and Pub/Sub
- Design and optimize BigQuery data warehouse models
- Implement data quality frameworks and automated testing for pipelines
- 3-6 years of data engineering experience with GCP stack
- Strong proficiency in BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer (Airflow)
- Experience with stream processing (Pub/Sub, Dataflow Streaming)
- Advanced SQL skills and data modeling knowledge
- Proficiency in Python for pipeline development
- Experience with dbt for data transformation
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines on GCP
- Build and maintain data warehouse models in BigQuery
- Ensure data quality and implement monitoring for data pipelines
- Collaborate with data scientists to deliver feature engineering pipelines
- Document data models and pipeline architecture
