Data Centre Support Engineer

Lantro Technologies India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Data Centre Support Engineer to manage physical IT infrastructure, hardware installation, and first-level incident support in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will handle daily data center operations, including hardware maintenance, cabling, and troubleshooting.

• Perform installation, decommissioning, relocation, and maintenance of IT equipment
• Work with physical IT infrastructure such as servers, network equipment, and storage systems
• Perform server and network hardware installation, rack & stack, and cable management
• Provide first-level technical support during incidents and assist with hardware troubleshooting and replacement
• Replace Field Replaceable Units (FRUs) including Power Supply Units, Hard Disk Drives, and SFPs
• Maintain accurate documentation of hardware installations, moves, changes, and cabling activities

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in a Data Centre environment
• Working knowledge of physical IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment, and storage systems
• Hands-on experience in IT hardware installation, decommissioning, relocation, and network cabling
• Experience replacing hardware components such as PSUs, HDDs/SSDs, and SFPs
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
