Data Analyst/Business Analyst

As a Data Analyst / Business Analyst at Axnode Immigration, you will bridge the gap between complex immigration data and actionable business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, legal, and product management to optimize internal processing platforms and drive service delivery efficiency.

• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications to ensure alignment between stakeholder needs and development outcomes
• Design and maintain automated dashboards using Tableau to provide real-time visibility into immigration case pipelines
• Execute complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, clean, and transform data
• Manage end-to-end ETL processes to streamline data warehousing for leadership decision-making
• Apply statistical analysis to identify trends in visa processing times and client demographics
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the SDLC for data-driven projects

• Demonstrated expertise in data visualization and storytelling using Tableau
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and Python for automation, data cleaning, and statistical modeling
• Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and ETL pipeline architecture
• Proven ability to navigate the full SDLC and thrive in Agile environments
• Solid foundation in statistics to support predictive modeling and trend analysis
• 3 to 13 years of relevant professional experience in data or business analysis roles
