As a Data Analyst, Risk at Google, you will work within the Trust & Safety team to protect users and partners from abuse, fraud, and security risks across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads.
You will collaborate globally and cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to solve complex problems and drive progress using data-driven insights.
- Analyze and solve complex problems using data and statistical methods
- Identify and prevent fraud and abuse across Google products
- Improve tools and automated systems through data analysis and technical expertise
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data
- 2 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Familiarity with languages such as SQL, R, Python, or C++ (preferred)
- Experience with machine learning systems (preferred)
