Dream11 is hiring a Data Analyst for the Retention team to analyse user engagement and churn patterns for 180M+ fantasy sports users, producing insights that directly drive retention campaigns and product improvements.
- 2–4 years data analysis or analytics engineering experience
- Expert SQL for large-scale user behaviour analysis
- Python: pandas and NumPy
- Cohort and funnel analysis methodologies
- Looker or Tableau for dashboard creation
- A/B experiment analysis and statistical significance testing
- Analyse Dream11 user retention and churn patterns for 180M+ users
- Build retention cohort and LTV dashboards in Looker
- Identify high-risk churn segments for CRM team targeting
- Analyse A/B experiment results for retention features
- Present weekly retention metrics to Growth PM and leadership
