CreditMantri is hiring a Data Analyst to work on credit bureau data analysis, user acquisition funnel analytics, and product experimentation. You will use data to help CreditMantri better serve its 50+ million registered users by identifying credit improvement opportunities and personalizing loan product recommendations.
The role involves a mix of routine reporting, deep-dive analysis, and ad-hoc business support. Strong SQL and Python are required; knowledge of credit scoring or lending is a significant advantage.
- Analyze credit bureau and loan application data to identify user segments
- Build acquisition funnel dashboards and track conversion KPIs
- Support A/B experiment design and analysis for product features
- 2-4 years of data analysis experience, preferably in fintech or banking
- Advanced SQL skills for complex multi-table analysis
- Python proficiency for data manipulation and visualization
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau or Looker)
- Understanding of credit scores, credit bureaus, or lending basics is a big plus
- Build and maintain dashboards for acquisition and credit analytics
- Conduct user segmentation analyses for targeted communication
- Support product experiments with statistical analysis
- Present data-driven insights to product and marketing stakeholders
- Identify data quality issues and drive corrections
