Zomato's Data team is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards, define metrics, and surface actionable insights for the supply chain, delivery, and restaurant discovery teams.
You will work with massive datasets from food orders, delivery partner movements, and restaurant performance, directly influencing operational decisions at scale.
- 1–3 years data analysis or BI experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Python: pandas and NumPy
- Tableau, Looker, or Superset BI tool
- A/B testing and statistical hypothesis testing
- Clear communication of insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Build and maintain BI dashboards for food delivery ops teams
- Run ad-hoc SQL analyses for product managers
- Define, document, and track key business metrics
- Identify anomalies in delivery SLA and escalate to ops
- Create visualisations for leadership weekly reviews
