- 3–5 years cybersecurity GRC experience
- ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and RBI Cyber Security Framework
- Risk assessment and RCSA methodology
- Audit management: COBIT and internal audit coordination
- CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certification preferred
- GRC tool experience: ServiceNow GRC or Archer
- Maintain client ISMS and risk register
- Conduct third-party vendor risk assessments
- Coordinate internal and external compliance audits
- Write information security policies and procedures
- Report GRC metrics to client CISO monthly
