We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle voice and email support for a real estate client in Borivali, Mumbai. This is a full-time role involving inbound and outbound calls, email responses, and cross-team coordination to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Handle inbound calls and queries
- Perform outbound calling
- Respond to customer queries via email
- Converse with internal and external customers
- Coordinate with team members and customers to resolve issues
