We are looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Support Executive to join our team in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers in a day-shift role.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a polite and professional manner
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about products or services
- Maintain CRM records and update customer interaction details
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on open customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and service standards
- Female candidates only
- Must be from Delhi NCR region
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
- Proficient in using basic computer applications
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
