Teleperformance India is hiring Kannada-speaking Customer Support Executives for a leading Indian FMCG company's consumer helpline handling product queries, complaints, and loyalty programme support in Kannada.

  • Any graduate or 12th pass
  • Fluent Kannada with good English comprehension
  • Customer service orientation and patience
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency
  • Freshers welcome
  • Handle 40–50 inbound customer calls daily in Kannada
  • Resolve product queries, complaints, and loyalty programme questions
  • Log all interactions in CRM accurately
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support team
  • Maintain CSAT above 88%
