Groww is hiring Customer Support Executives to help 10M+ millennial investors navigate their investment queries — from mutual fund SIP setup and stock order issues to KYC completion and account management on India's most popular investing app.
- Any graduate with 0–2 years customer support or financial services experience
- Good English and Hindi written and spoken communication
- Basic investment product knowledge: mutual funds and stocks preferred
- Good computer and chat tool proficiency
- Empathetic problem-solving for investor financial concerns
- Freshers with good communication welcome
- Handle 40–60 investor support interactions daily via chat, email, and phone
- Resolve mutual fund SIP, stock trading, and KYC queries
- Process refund and account-related service requests
- Escalate technical and compliance issues to relevant teams
- Maintain CSAT above 90% and FCR above 82%
