- Any graduate with 0–2 years customer support experience
- Good English, Hindi, and Kannada communication
- Good computer and CRM proficiency
- Empathetic approach to learner frustrations
- EdTech platform familiarity is a plus
- Freshers welcome
- Handle 35–50 learner support interactions daily via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve course access, video playback, and assignment submission issues
- Process refund and EMI payment queries
- Escalate technical platform issues to product and engineering
- Maintain CSAT above 90%
