  • Any graduate with 0–2 years customer support experience
  • Good English, Hindi, and Kannada communication
  • Good computer and CRM proficiency
  • Empathetic approach to learner frustrations
  • EdTech platform familiarity is a plus
  • Freshers welcome
  • Handle 35–50 learner support interactions daily via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolve course access, video playback, and assignment submission issues
  • Process refund and EMI payment queries
  • Escalate technical platform issues to product and engineering
  • Maintain CSAT above 90%
