Drivado Transfers Private Limited is looking for a dynamic Customer Support Executive to join their International Contact Centre team. In this role, you will handle global customers through voice and chat channels in a rotational shift environment.
- Handle global customer queries and support via voice and chat channels
- Manage customer communications effectively within an international contact center setup
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO, KPO, or an international call center
- Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in rotational day and night shifts
