We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for a leading MNC process. Candidates will handle customer support queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Initial 10-15 days of in-office training required in Gurgaon.
- Work from home until pandemic situation normalizes.
- Handle customer care processes and address customer inquiries
- Participate in mandatory training programs
- Fluency in both Kannada and English languages
- Any graduation in any stream
- 0-1 years of experience (Freshers are highly preferred)
